God ordered that each and everyone must donate 2.5% of his wealth to the needy every year. Year after year. No matter what. Have no cash, then liquidate some assets. God says this 2.5% is not yours to keep. You must give it away. People think it is a religious matter. No way. It relates to economy. Economists know what it means.
