Heaven

When they talk about heaven, all the mullahs insist we are going to have 72 hoors. They say when you are born as a Muslim, you are bound to go to heaven and indulge with 72 hoors. Mullahs can’t think beyond hoors.

Now, who is a mullah? It is not only a small-time imam in a small mosque, it also includes all the aalims, muftis, big imams and also people above them.

Now the funny thing. These mullahs demand respect from people. People ask the question what you have done. This is a valid question. In the last 100–200 years, they have not done any research work. Simply nothing. Why should they be called scholars and given respect /.

Many people are very angry with them, and that is why they call them mullah-doi. Again, this is not a new word. This word has been in use for 200 years

Social Media

Social media is no saint. It can be equally vicious as TV and newspapers.

5 rules to follow when we see anything on social media.

I will take everything with a grain of salt

I will not feel anxious on delivery of bad news from these people

I will investigate for myself the claims being made

I am free to use my brain to navigate the lies to better reveal the truth

It is my duty to question everything.

Knowledge vs Wisdom

There is a lot of difference between information and knowledge. Also between knowledge and wisdom. We get a lot of information from the media but we don't get any wiser. When we process and analyse it, information becomes knowledge, and our own. Add your experience with knowledge and you get wisdom. It takes time and effort. Don't feel empowered by raw information, it is dangerous.

Who is a Sufi

Deoband was founded by Mohd.Qasim Nanotwi in 1867 and Barelvi school was founded only 38 years later in 1905 by Ahmad Raza Khan. Both were true-blue sufis. So, what is the difference? Barelvi was made darker by design so that Deoband can look brighter. Yes, Deoband looks good only when you compare it with Barelvi, otherwise both have dark history. Sufis defining Islam, laughable stuff.

Sufis are no Muslims. They don't believe in tauheed, they believe in wahdatul wajood (universe is God). They believe prophethood is still continuing and their sheikh is a prophet. Angels still come down to him.

On this very basis of Allah/Rasool, they are oceans apart from us.

How can we allow sufis to be our leaders in religious matters

We proudly call ourselves Deobandi. In fact, we are drinking slow poison.

And our deen is in the process of slow death.

A Sufi, Oh no!

All sufis have dual personality and they always indulge in double-talk They  write two sets of books- one for the muslims and the other for sufis. Imam Ghazali, Ibn e arabi and Shah wali ullah did the same thing. They don't believe in Khatm e nabuwat. Ibne arbi says prophethood is of two kinds. first is where Allah chooses a man for prophethood and gives him shariat. the other kind is where a man earns and acquires prophethood with his devotion and dedication, and this kind of prophethood is still continuing. If anybody is surprised, he can read Ibn e arbi's fatuhat e makkiah. We will find all the sufis saying the same thing. Shah wali ullah and Shah ismail shaheed are no different. If you are outspoken, you will say sufis are hypocrites (munafiq). And we thought sufism is the highest form of devotion. Sufis also say their sheikh receives wahi from angels same as propphet Mohammad did.  We should start reading their other books written for sufis. These same people are running affairs at Darul uloom for more than 100 years and the effects of their beliefs are everywhere to be seen.

Billionaires and Govt.

Billionaires and govt. are working together on a plan. Their single-point goal is privatisation. They want to privatise even rivers and mountains and we fools are talking about railways and education, that is the difference. We have weaken ourself. We have divided ourself. We have stopped reading. We want entertainment all the time. We have forgotten hard work and discipline.  We have lost patience. We are fighting with friends, fighting with brothers and neighbours.  Billionaires and politicians are uniting themselves and common men are dividing themselves. We will always be losers. How much we shout, how much noise we make, how many elections are held, how many debates are conducted, how much we curse Modis and Ambanis, how many namaaz/haj are performed. Nothing will change this equation. And never forget, as Muslims we are double the culprits.

New Perspective

We should engage with the Quran again from a new perspective. We read everything but not the Quran.

When we say read the Quran from a new perspective, it means 80% of things said have been directed towards the people present at the Prophet's time. Only 10% of things are related to us.

Tablighi Jamaat 2

The teachings of Tabligh Jamaat are expressed in Six Principles

1. Kalima  2. Namaaz  3.  Ilm o zikr

4. Ikraam e Muslim (Respect of Muslim)

5. Ikhla e Niyat   6. Dawat o Tableegh

Look what Allah has defined and prescribed as deen

Five things to believe in and Five things to do

Belief in Allah

Belief in prophets

Belief in divine books

Belief in angels

Belief in after-life

And Five things to do and act upon

Tauheed   Namaaz   Roza   Zakaat  Haj

Now see the difference, and the difference is huge and at many levels and still Tablighi jamaat claims what they are doing is a prophetic activity. Where is the need to play around with deen and create your own deen. It is not Allah's deen, it is mullah's deen, a man-made deen.

We can get rid of this problem by going back to basics. We have to learn what Prophet Mohammad told us, in his own words. Not in the words of Abu Hanifa or anybody else.

Tablighi Jamaat 1

Tablighi jamaat with all its dedication and hard work, has 3 basic deviations which makes it prone to criticism and suspicious of its motives.

1. They don't rely on the Quran. They, always and ever, will refer to fazail e aamaal. Nobody has seen them talking about Quran. Allah insists that only Quran, and nothing else, will be used for the purpose of Daawat. If they are not using Quran, we have all the reasons to be suspicious of their motive.

2. Common people are encouraged to travel all over the country and then come back.  When they travel to a new place, they never establish a local network, nor involve local people for further work. The work of Daawat stops the moment jamaatis leave the place.

3. Jamaatis discuss only a 6-point discourse and not the entire deen. When you joined Jamaat at 20 and now you are 50, you will still find yourself talking only about those 6 points. 30 years in Jamaat and you are clueless about deen, it means your entire life is spent in 6th class, you don't graduate in Jamaat.

Gandhi, no saint

Gandhi was not flawless. He used everyone and everything for political purposes. Ok, no sin, but he also let himself be used by others. He could have avoided partition but joined Jinnah and Nehru. Only thing we don't know is at what stage he entered this conspiracy.

Who is Abu Hanifa

In Quran, there is an elaborate procedure for divorce and it provides for 3 months grace period in which a man can take back his divorce and start living again with his wife. And mind you, a man can take this step 3 times in his lifetime.
Then, one Abu Hanifa appears from nowhere and goes against the Quran, says there is no grace period, not even 3 minutes. You utter the word and you lose her. If you want to get back her, go for halala. This is Abu Hanifa. Rubbish

Tolerant Muslims

Many political comentators in India think that Muslims have become wiser to understand the motives of hardline outfits. That, they don't get provoked easily any more.
All that may be true, but now they need to turn the heat on themselves. They need to be more educated, more civilised and more tolerant to be able to face the onslaught of hardliners. They also need to open channels of communications with ordinary Hindus. They should stop depending on political equations and embark on a social assimilation programme.

Why Poverty?

Nobody want to give answer to the question why is poverty on the rise in the world. Lots of people boast about  breakthroughs in technology, scientific research, newer medicines, faster planes, sophisticated mobiles, rising stock markets. Can we safely assume all these things are causing misery among people all over the world?

Hilarious situation

Crime against women are on the rise in Indian capital, or should we say all over India. Elders say if women want old-time safety and dignity they should wear clothes what they wore in old times and also behave in old style. But women are adamant in having their cakes and eating them too. It's a hilarious situation. Women, in skimpy clothes, are standing on the roads, holding placards which read, "you rape, we chop". Women are demanding they should be allowed to wear whatever they want, they want to drink and party anywhere they want, they also want a law that puts behind bars anybody who opens his mouth against new clothes and new behavior. Elders and old timers are sure a day will come when women will rue their new style.

New Pope

A new Pope has been chosen and it is being said he brings new hopes as if the previous Pope had become hopeless. A very sad commentary. For the very first time a Pope had to declare he would obey new Pope. Pope Benedict was the best among his peers. He was doing a very good job. He should have been persuaded to stay on.

Next Technology Wave

Technology has always been a double-edged sword. This time around it's a threat to lawyers and doctors. Software is being readied to do the routine work of doctors and lawyers. But perhaps they deserve it. They have long ceased to be friends of humanity. They have been fleecing the people with utmost disdain. We can safely conclude it's a scam. It needs to be crushed. But there is another bigger threat. Companies providing healthcare and legal aid will be the next monster. Or, is it already in place?

Win-Win

Human beings are happy and satisfied in a win-win situation. Any win-loss situation is disastrous for mankind, be it sports, personal relations, business deals or economic system. When people are gaining at the expense of other people, society is in turmoil. It is becoming commonplace now. Are we prepared for the upheaval it would cause? Correcting the system and stopping the upheaval is a good thing. Doing nothing and boastfully saying we are well prepared for the storm is a foolish option.

Monster, Consumerism

It's a relief that people are coming to terms with themselves. They are giving up on consumerism. Giving up on consumerism means that now they understand what a monster it is. It's real freedom if we free ourselves from it. Contrary to popular belief, consumerism is not a modern phenomenon, it is as old as human race. It's double jeopardy. Initially, consumerism starts making buyers poorer and seller richer. In the long run it does the worst of things, it pushes people into debt. And we know debt is slavery. Shun consumerism and get rid of slavery.

No Amnesty

There is a hue and cry, in India, that the bribe giver should be given amnesty because he is the victim of the exercise. It is not the entire picture. This small-time bribery where the official asks for a few hundred or a few thousand for the work to be done. The bribe giver is a victim here. It is rampant all across the country but still, it is the tip of the iceberg.
Real bribery is when a company, small or big, offers huge money to corner a mine or a gasfield or dam project at a throwaway price. Ministers are always involved in these deals. The Prime Minister could not be in the dark either. Who is the victim here? All these people deserve extreme punishment. Leave alone amnesty.

Whistle Blower

Everybody knows charges against Julian Assange are motivated. And it is not surprising at all. In fact it's very easy to frame somebody. Anybody who defies or blows whistle on the Establishment is treated like this and even worse. Being an extremely courageous and fearless person, Julian Assange is very precious to us. He must be supported and protected to the hilt.
